Ga rechtop zitten of staan. Pak je linkerpols met je rechterhand vast. Strek je armen uit boven je hoofd en beweeg je armen naar rechts. Houd dit 8 seconden vast. Tel maar hardop mee!

 

 

Heel goed! Je bovenrug krijgt een rek en je armen rekken mee!

 

Doe deze oefening 5x links en 5x rechts
