De Kurkentrekker oefening

Na lang zitten is het goed om je lichaam te bewegen. De kurkentrekker oefening is de oplossing.  

 

Ga eerst goed rechtop staan! Strek je armen naar buiten.

Draai nu met je bovenlichaam van links naar rechts.

Niet te snel draaien hoor! Dan word je duizelig!

Welke kant gaat makkelijker?

Draai 5x naar rechts en 5x naar links.
