De Tik 'm Aan oefening

Zit je vaak onderuit gezakt in een stoel? Deze oefening helpt je om je rug goed te strekken. 

 

Ga eerst even goed rechtop zitten of ga staan. 

Probeer met je ene hand de andere hand op de rug aan te tikken.

1 hand leg je op je rug, andere hand gaat via de schouder naar achter. Tik 'm aan!
Laat de handen elkaar aantikken. Houd je handen 5 seconden vast.

Welke kant gaat bij jou makkelijker?

Probeer beide kanten.

Doe deze oefening 5x per kant.
