De Tafel Oefening

Met de rug kan je veel verschillende bewegingen maken. Maar ondertussen moet de rug zo stevig blijven als een tafel.

Deze oefening helpt de rug te verstevigen.


Leun op je handen en zet de benen gebogen voor je neer. Breng de billen omhoog zodat je net een tafeltje lijkt.

 

Houd deze positie 4 seconden vast en ga dan weer even rusten.
