Not only while sitting and standing can you do fun exercises. While lying as well! From these exercises you will get strong back- and core muscles.
Lay flat on your back with your legs bent. Put your arms next to your body.
. Now move your buttocks and back from the floor, as if you’re a bridge and you have to make space for a ship to sail underneath you.
Keep the bridge open for 3 seconds and slowly put your back on the floor again.
Do this exercise 5x.!
