The Wooden Shoes Dance Without Shoes

Chilling in a chair makes you lazy. This exercise will make your body wake up again. This way you’ll be active in no time!

Stand up straight and put your arms into the air, as if you’re cheering

Turn with your back to the right and pull your right knee up. The back and the knee will be moving towards each other at the same time.

Now turn to the left and pull your left knee up.

Practicing sometimes feels like dancing. Stay moving!

 

Turn with your back 5x to the right and 5x to the left.
