Do you find it difficult to sit straight? This exercise will allow your back to stretch very well.
Before you start this exercise, sit up straight.
Stretch both your arms out in front of you, but keep sitting straight!
Next you will spread both your arms to your sides. Pull your shoulders back to each other.
Keep this position for 3 seconds!
When you pull your shoulders back to each other, you are like a dragon spitting fire!
Very well! Repeat this exercise 5x
