Even when you’re sitting you can keep moving. This exercise will keep your back flexible.
Collapse your shoulders and back. Move your head forward. Then bring the chest to the front, your head slightly back and make your back hollow.
At first it won’t go too smooth, but later it will go without problems!
Repeat this exercise 10x!
