When you sit on a chair for a long time, your lower back doesn’t move enough. To release your hips again, the best thing you can do is dance!
First stand up straight, spread your arms to the sides. Try to keep your upper body in one place.
Now shake your hips from left to right, as if you’re dancing. Do this for 15 seconds without stopping!
Take a break and repeat this two more times
