When you sit for a long time, your shoulders will drop down. This can cause you muscles to get stuck.
With The Flying Eagle Exercise your muscles will get loose!
Stand up straight. Keep your arms down and bring them slowly up like in the pictures above. Bring your stretched arms then again down, as if you have wings.
Don’t wave your arm to fast,
otherwise you’ll fly away.
Stretch your arm 10x upwards and downwards!
