Everyone who wants to become strong has to do exercises for it! These are a very famous exercise! Pushups!
Put your hands on the floor underneath your shoulders. Only your hands and toes are touching the ground.
Keep your back straight as a plank of wood and tighten your core.
Now bend your elbows, but do this slowly. Then push yourself back up.
Can you do this 3x?
Don’t bend your elbows too fast because your nose will touch the ground!
Repeat this exercise 3x!
Are you strong as an ox! Done? Great job!
