The Touch It Exercise

Are you often slouching in your chair? This exercise will help you to stretch your back.

First try to sit or stand up really straight. 

Try to touch one hand with the other one on your back.

Put 1 hand on your back, the other hand will go across the shoulder to your back. Touch it!
Let your hands touch each other. Hold your hands for 5 seconds.

Can you do it? Try it the other way around as well!
