Your body always tries to stay in balance so you won’t fall. That’s why it’s good sometimes to challenge your body.
How? Simple:
Trek even lekker je schoenen en sokken uit. Deze oefening doe je op blote voeten.
Take of your shoes and socks. This exercise is done barefoot. First lean to the right and raise your left leg. Do stand up straight though!
Count to 10 and try to stay as still as possible.
Now try to touch the floor really carefully with the toes that are hanging in the air. Don’t stand on 2 feet!
Now you can try this with your other leg!
How long can you stand on 1 leg?
Do this exercise twice for each leg.
