DING DING DING! It’s time for a boxing match! You have been sitting long enough and it’s time to move!
To keep the arms and shoulder moving, you can do this boxing exercise.
First stand up straight. Keep your shoulders low and stretch your arms out in front of you one at a time.
Don’t do this too quickly. Make sure you do this exercise at a relaxed pace.
Watch out: Be sure to have enough space around you so you don’t hurt anyone, including yourself.
Stretch your left arm 10x and your right arm 10x as well.
