You often see adults stretching as well. Logical, as older people get stiffer easier. They also like these awesome stretch exercises.
Can you also do it?
Start in crawl position, you know from when you were still a baby: on your hands and knees.
Bring your buttocks to your heels, but leave your hands where they are. You can see on the picture how the exercise goes.
