Go stand up straight and put your right hand on your side. Bow to the right and stretch your left arm at the same time over your head.
Keep this position for around 3 seconds.
Repeat this for your left side.
Move 5x to the left and 5x to the left and take a break.
Do this exercise 3x in total.
