Too bad people cannot fly. But you can act as if! You’ll be working out some smaller muscles at the same time.
Start in a crawl position, you know: Start at your hands and knees. Now stretch your right arm in front and left leg to the back. Now the other side.
Keep concentrating though, otherwise you’ll fall!
Do this exercise 10x each side
