This exercise will let your legs work again.
Did you just get new shoes and it’s raining? Too bad!
You don’t want your new shoes to get all dirty from a deep rain pool. So you’ll step over it. With this exercise we are going to mimic that movement.
Go stand up straight. Make a big step forward and bend your knees. Keep your back nice and straight.
Put your front leg back and now make a big step with your other leg.
Keep doing this exercise while you count to 20!
Wait 20 seconds and repeat this 3x.
