When you sit for a long time it’s tough to keep your back straight. That’s because the muscles in your back get tired and your back collapses.
This exercise strengthens the muscles in your back so you can sit straight for a longer amount of time. How to do this exercise? We will explain here:
Lean with your back to the wall.
Press your lower back flat to the wall and raise your stretched arms up 5x. Then drop your elbows again.
Your head should not come forward!
And….? Can you keep your entire back against the wall?
