- One of the problems in a car chair is that these are lower than other chairs. Your knees should be at the same level or higher than your hips.
- Move your seat close towards the steering to support your back. You can use a back support for the lower curve of you spine.
- The most important thing to remember is that the best sitting posture is a variable posture. Therefore it is advised to change the angle of you back regularly to change the pressure on you spine.
- You can move your rear view mirror a little more upward, which forces you to sit up straight.
- If you suffer from acute back pain, we advise you to minimize driving or stop every 15-20 minutes for a short break.
