Almost everyone works with computers or laptops. Unfortunately they create dramatic postures. Sitting with an incorrect posture can easily result in back or neck complaints or other related problems. Here are some tips to avoid complaints

1. Your computer screen should be at eye level, right in front of you.

2. Your keyboard should be straight ahead of you.

3. Unfortunately too many people use laptops. This automatically creates bad postures.

If you have to work for long hours on a laptop, we advise you to use a book or something else to adjust the screen height.

4. Adjust the backrest to a 100° reclined angle. Make sure that your upper and lower back are supported. When your chair has an active backrest, use it to keep your spine less stiff.

5. Adjust the armrests so that your shoulders are relaxed. Remove your armrest if you raise your shoulders too high up.

6. Sit at least an arm's length away from the screen. You can adjust the distance for your vision.
