With your back you can make a lot of different movements. But while doing this your back should stay as solid as a table.
This exercise will help you strengthen your back.
Lean on your hands and put your legs bent before you. Bring your buttocks op so it just as if you’re a table.
Keep this position for 4 seconds and take a little break.
