The Twisted Exercise

The back can bend, stretch and twist. When you sit for a long time, the back will move less fluent. You’ll get a little stiff.

This exercise will keep you flexible and helps you twist your back.

How to do this exercise?

Sit up straight with your feet flat on the ground.
Slowly turn yourself around as far as possible.
Stay a while at the furthest point, around 3 seconds. And then go slowly back.

Oops, what are some common made mistakes?

Always consult a therapist first, to determine if this low back exercise is good for you. If you don't have a therapist yet, please find one near you by using our therapist map

Keep your feet FLAT on the ground, otherwise it gets too easy!

What is happening behind you? Turn around!

Are you turning the same distance on both sides?

Ready? Congratulations! Have you already done a lot of exercises? Then maybe do 1 more and become even more flexible!
